Mrinalini Sharma is a model who is beginning her Bollywood career with two films by Mahesh Bhatt’s banner Vishesh Films.Mrinalini is not new to the world of showbiz. She’s been an active model and has been part of many advertisements as well.
She graduated from ramps to reel with an item number in Prakash Jha’s movie Apaharan . But her acting career has taken off now with two films with Mahesh Bhatt .The first one is Awarapan in which she gets to share the screen space with the Bhatts’ blue-eyed boy Emraan Hashmi . The movie also stars south Indian actress Shriya.The film is a stylish thriller.
Mrinalini says she had aspired to work with director Mohit Suri ever since she saw his movies Kalyug and Woh Lamhe . She also adds that working with the Bhatt camp has been “a dream come true” for her.
The other movie Mrinalini has bagged is choreographer Raju Khan’s directorial debut Showbiz , in which she is paired with another newcomer Tushar Jalota . In the movie Tushar plays a rockstar and Mrinalini plays his manager.She incidentally falls in love with him.Mrinalini says she is very happy about the way her Bollywood career has taken off. She hopes to do bigger projects in the future.
